In this role, you'll: Support the Operations Manager in maintaining a safe store. Oversee compliance issues, risk analysis, and identify health and safety needs of the business. Manage stock and inventory control, stock-takes, inwards/outwards of stock, and discrepancies. Review security footage and take action as necessary. To succeed in this role, you will: Have proven leadership skills. Possess high customer service skills (you will be on the shop floor 80% of the day). Have exceptional communication and relationship skills. Be able to coach and mentor staff. Have experience in health and safety. Be an analytical, calculated, and strategic player.
