Reporting to the National Loss Prevention Manager as the Regional Loss Prevention Controller for our Distribution Centre, you would be joining a highly successful team, implementing core strategies while providing guidance and support to the loss prevention team within.
Your key responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
Protect Farmers' profit by identifying high-risk areas in the supply chain and then implementing strategies to reduce loss.Meet compliance requirements.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Achieve and maintain KPIs.The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of management experience within a retail environment.Sound understanding of retail processes.3-5 years of experience within Loss Prevention.Business acumen and be commercially savvy.This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading New Zealand retailer and take your career to the next level.
