About us Azur Lodge is located just minutes from Queenstown in Sunshine Bay, on a private gated estate. With a main Lodge and only 9 Villas, our services include daily Breakfast, afternoon tea and Predinner Drinks and Canapes. Azur offers guests complimentary transfers to town and exceptional, personalized butler service.
We are currently seeking an experienced Night Manager to care for the Lodge and Guests after hours.
Qualifications & experience Minimum 3 years experience in Guest servicesDemonstrated ability to excel in Customer service Microsoft applications knowledge and proficiencyPortering experience including room service experienceMust have valid Drivers License Tasks & responsibilities As a senior member of the team, the Lodge Night Manager is responsible for ensuring continuity of service for all guests after hours, as requiredThe evening tasks range from completing daily administrational duties to securing the property via security checksRoutine Lodge duties included such as ensuring common areas are guest readyEnsuring guests needs are a priority.
