About the role: We are looking for a super star to join our busy Loans Administrator team.
You will be well supported, liaising between our BDMs, Loans Analyst and Solicitors playing a vital part of what we do and how we do it.
What you'll be doing: Liaising with external solicitors about legal documentationWorking with stakeholders and solicitors for loan settlements and progress drawdownsEffective credit controlDevelopment and maintenance of effective systems & processesManagement and maintenance of client loan filesPreparation of discharges and consentsAbout you: Strong administration experience is necessary and it's an absolute advantage if it's in the financial, accountancy or legal professions.Thrive working in a busy environment; self-managing your time, focus and prioritiesBe a team player who works collaboratively with othersAttention to detail and high work standards are a mustHave excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skillsQuick learner, adaptable and great with technologiesIntermediate level in MS Office Suite and previous experience with Adobe would be beneficialWhat perks we have on offer!
