Loan Market is a growing financial services company that boasts an outstanding culture.We believe in rewarding the hard work of our employees, so you will be given a competitive remuneration package, career advancement opportunities and enjoy working in a supportive work environment.Working within a team of 10, you will help support our mortgage advisers who assist customers obtain mortgage finance and deal with a wide range of banks and lending institutions.The role is varied and your duties will include, but are not limited to:Assisting with the management of daily tasks to help assist the Mortgage Advisers with all loan applicationsManaging CRM maintenance of client recordsPre-screening documentsMonitoring renewal of Pre Approval expiries and the 'fixed rate' rolloversMonitoring the Annual ReviewsChecking final loan structure and settling loansPackaging and processing all loan applicationsAll client, lender, valuer, solicitor liaison from interview to settlementOngoing client service and database managementObtaining fixed rate roll over pricing and liaising with clients on processing the same (in conjunction with the Mortgage Adviser)Post settlement and on-going client management programmeCompleting required insurance referralsProducing marketing material as requiredKey skills and attributes include:Excellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to prioritise and meet deadlinesHigh degree of work accuracySound computer abilitiesTeam PlayerExpress your interest through our online application form.
