Job Description: AskNicely is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our remote team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ.
As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform.
This role requires a high level of independence and adaptability, as well as strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with customers at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Identify and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate team members Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication and critical thinking skills - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using live chat platforms and customer service software - Excellent problem-solving abilities - High school diploma or equivalent Benefits: - Employee discounts on company products - Paid sick leave - Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates Working Environment: At AskNicely, we strive to nurture an entrepreneurial atmosphere, even within an established organization.
