Job Description: Rockwell Collins is seeking a passionate and reliable Live Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis.
This is a remote work opportunity based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, with entry-level seniority and no prior experience required.
Responsibilities: 1.
Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
2.
Utilize effective communication and persuasion skills to promote products and services to customers.
3.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience.
4.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices for customer service.
5.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting purposes.
6.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
7.
Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for handling customer inquiries and escalations.
Requirements: 1.
Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
2.
Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting.
3.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4.
Persuasive abilities to promote products and services effectively.
5.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6.
Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools.
7.
High school diploma or equivalent.
