Job Description: Simon Property Group is seeking a skilled Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Nelson, NZ.
As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service and live chat management, you will play a key role in providing excellent online support to our customers.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective customer service - Monitor and analyze live chat conversations to ensure quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction - Develop strategies to improve chat response times, resolution rates, and overall customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Implement and maintain live chat software and tools to optimize performance and productivity - Regularly review and update chat scripts, FAQs, and other resources to ensure accuracy and relevance - Provide insights and recommendations based on live chat data and trends to improve customer service strategies - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in live chat management Requirements: - At least 7 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on live chat management - Proven experience in managing a team of live chat agents - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Negotiation and presentation soft skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in live chat software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus Benefits: - Disability insurance - Free accommodation - Relocation allowance Working Environment: At Simon Property Group, we offer a flexible work environment that adapts to change with speed and efficiency.
