Reporting to the Head of Academic Quality, the Academic Partner is an integral member of the team working with peers to support academic staff to design and deliver high-caliber, current, pedagogically sound, and student-focused programme curricula. The successful applicant will primarily lead and model quality processes, building a culture of simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement. Your key skills and experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. Demonstrated success in appropriate use of educational technologies. Successful track record in curriculum design and development in a blended/e-learning environment. Knowledge of instructional design principles, assessment design, and integrating strategies to support Maori, Pasifika, and Under 25s. Understanding of curriculum and learning design principles and underpinning pedagogy. Experience working in an integrated, culturally responsive, collaborative environment. Previous experience in the New Zealand tertiary and/or education sector desirable. An advanced qualification in teacher education, preferably tertiary. An advanced qualification in eLearning, instructional design, or other related areas.
