Job Description: Lowe's is seeking a motivated and independent Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the live chat platform, including monitoring chat sessions, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat system- Train and mentor live chat agents to ensure they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures- Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and consistent customer experience across all channels- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management to continuously improve our processes and systems Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in live chat management or a related field- Motivated and independent with a strong work ethic- Creativity and innovation in problem-solving and decision-making- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in live chat software and customer relationship management systems- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong organizational and time management skills- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Benefits:- Profit sharing opportunities- Free accommodation for remote work- Company-provided equipment for work purposes Working Environment:At Lowe's, we encourage a culture of ongoing learning and development for personal and professional growth.
