This large NZ law firm with an established client base and reputation has been operating across NZ for over 50 years. They have a great staff tenure rate, development scheme, and promotion prospects and pride themselves on retaining their high-caliber staff members; in addition, most of their partners have been homegrown.They are now actively looking to recruit a Litigation solicitor to join their established team of experts in this area. For you, that means initial support and coaching, a strong caseload to get working on immediately, and the safety net of working within their tried and tested processes.The caseload is a very good mix of client type, disputes, and case preparation. You will need to have litigation/commercial experience (at least 2 years) and possess a good track record of case management.
