Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Line Lead at Fleur Foods in Tauranga. The Line Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, coordinating with the production team, and maintaining a safe work environment. Additionally, the Line Lead will be involved in training new staff and optimizing production processes.
