You can find out more on our website - About the role: We're looking for a Surveyor or Technician to join our Surveying team. It's an exciting role as the scale of our projects can vary enormously, from helping private property owners to leading multi-disciplinary project teams in a collaborative approach to completion of multi staged projects. Key responsibilities in this role include: - undertaking various types of surveys including land transfer, topographical, and land development - resource consent applications and assessments of effects - providing pre-purchase or pre-development property advice to clients - engaging in community and Council consultations and meetings - building strong, positive relationships with clients, allied professionals and Council staff. - Skills required: This role is perfect for a Licenced Cadastral Surveyor or Technician with at least 2 years' experience. You'll be familiar with modern surveying equipment, and experience with Magnet Office software would be an advantage. You'll be a self-starter with great interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
