Your Responsibilities Include:Providing cadastral and engineering surveying services for water supply, stormwater and wastewater utilities, roading, housing and recreation facilities to enable delivery of CCC's capital programme.Providing advice to Property Consultancy and Legal Services relating to property purchases for Capital Programme projects.Acting as a professional advisor for issues relating to legal and engineering surveying.You will also be able to work towards Registered Professional Surveyor (RPSurv) status. You Will Also Have:Relevant post-graduate cadastral and engineering surveyor experience.Experience in a similar role in a large scale/complex organisation.Developing experience with consultation and managing partnerships internally and externally.Excellent communication including report writing and presentation.Advanced computer skills in the Windows environment, including Landonline eSurveys and 12d Model data processing.The team utilise a variety of modern survey equipment including UAV's laser scanners, the latest GPS and robotic total station equipment and the software to support the equipment.
