We have an exciting Libraries & Council Services Assistant opportunity within the Henderson-Massey Local Board, based at Ranui Library.
Our libraries are open 7 days a week, so flexibility around working days is required. The role is for 38 hours per week, Tuesday-Saturday, including occasional late-night Thursdays.

Our Library & Council Service Assistants play a vital part within our library team ensuring that our libraries within the Henderson-Massey Local Board provide a world-class customer experience that is second to none.
No two days are the same; you will greet and assist customers with a variety of queries, from assisting customers to access the library, supporting with the delivery of programmes and events, digital troubleshooting, Wi-Fi, and general computer queries.
