Serve customers in a vibrant and exciting library Learn new skills and engage with the local community Permanent, part-time opportunity, working 22 hours per week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday) He angitutanga: The opportunity An opportunity has arisen to become part of the Northcote Library team as a Libraries & Council Service Assistant. This will require you to be flexible to work across all library services within the local board, which include Northcote Library, Birkenhead Library, and Glenfield Library. The role is a permanent part-time position, 22 hours per week, including a weekend day. Work shifts below: Sunday 9.35am - 4.35pm Monday 8.35am - 5.35pm Tuesday 8.35am – 5.05pm We are a focused and committed team who take pride in delivering excellence in customer experience. Our libraries and council service assistants play a vital role in contributing to digital literacy, community outreach, and reading programmes with our tamariki and rangatahi. You have a passion for customer service with a positive attitude to serving people of all ages and backgrounds. You are eager to learn new skills and thrive in a busy work environment.
