This role offers you the chance to work alongside our dedicated Lexus Sales and Service team, engaging with customers and ensuring an exceptional experience in our luxury dealership. In this hybrid position, you'll be the primary point of contact for our service customers, managing bookings and ensuring a welcoming, professional experience from start to finish. You'll work closely with our CRM and Lexus service team to communicate service and repair needs, providing clear and timely updates to customers.
Additionally, you'll collaborate with our sales team to support a seamless buying experience, driving finance, insurance, and warranty product sales to create the best outcome for both customers and the business.
We're looking for a strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a goal-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and administration, a commitment to high customer satisfaction, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with ease.

This is a permanent role, Monday - Friday, from 7:45 am to 5:15 pm.
