About Your New Role Due to sustained growth, an opportunity has been created for a Level 3 Technical Support person to join the team.
This person will work closely with Senior team members to manage both infrastructure and cloud environments and deliver outstanding service to companies throughout Sydney.
Some of the key tasks will include: Providing day to day Level 3 technical support to users/clients Acting as an escalation point for the technical team members Installing, maintaining and supporting Windows Servers & operating systems Strong skills in supporting major cloud platforms & physical servers Configuration of firewalls, routers, switches and wireless access points Supporting Office 365 products and Azure Building and maintaining remote access environments (Citrix / RDS / VPN) Provide a higher level of customer service and attention to ensure SLAs are met Prepare and help with technical documentation About You!
• Is passionate about forging a career within the IT industry and has (or is working towards) a degree or relevant IT qualification • Has a very strong understanding of Microsoft O365 applications & Azure • Is a team player with a 'can do' attitude • Critical to your success will be your communication skills, you will be proactive and engaging in your style and have a customer centric work ethic Please note that we are unable to consider applicants who are not Australian Citizens or Permanent residents for this role.
