We are supporting a client based in central Wellington with the supply of some short term IT support resources following a recent MFA deployment. This role calls for people with at least level 1 technical support skills across hardware and software, with strong troubleshooting abilities. This is an independent contract for approximately three weeks starting 16.10.2024. The role is based onsite in central Wellington. What you'll bring Confident level 1 technical support skills with experience supporting MFA issues and mobile device troubleshooting. Strong customer service skills - this includes a warm and friendly manner, patience and clear communication skills. An ability to work in a busy environment as part of a team.
