About Us Founded by a father-daughter duo, The Lending Team is dedicated to providing tailored mortgage solutions to our community, especially for business owners and self-employed applicants with complex lending needs. Our clients are not just application numbers – we build long-term relationships, supporting them before, during, and after their mortgage application. Role Overview As Lending Support you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of mortgage applications by handling administrative tasks and acting as a liaison between advisers, lenders and clients. Your attention to detail and superb organisational skills will help keep applications on track and moving forward efficiently. This role is 30 hours per week (Monday-Friday), with a flexible hybrid arrangement of 3 days in office and 2 days working from home. With the potential to increase to 40 hours per week. What We're Looking For: At least 2 years' experience in banking or financial services.A client-focused mindset with a drive to provide exceptional service.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and data entry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems (Eg.Trail).Knowledge of the Privacy Act, CCCFA, AML/CFT and Responsible Lending Code. Key Responsibilities Manage client documentation and preparation of mortgage applications, checking for accuracy and completeness.You'll be a key contact for clients, keeping them updated on application status and handling general inquiries.Coordinate with lenders to gather necessary information and ensure timely responses Maintain detailed and up to date records in our CRM system (Trail)Work closely with advisers to prioritise tasks, track applications and ensure deadlines are met.Adhere to regulatory compliance requirements Why Join Us?
