Lending Operations Specialist - 15 Month Fixed TermThe Co-operative Bank Banking About the role As part of our Lending Operations team, you will be the first point of call for our branch and head office staff needing assistance with centralised lending related processes, interest rate negotiations, lending applications support, operational errors, and a range of general customer decisions and tasks to broaden your skills.
You will guide and resolve enquiries by providing advice and solutions within your delegated authority or by making a recommendation to the appropriate person.
This role is for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working from our head office.
Once the successful application is able to work independently, there is also the option to work some days from home.
You'll bring the following skills and experience to the table: Previous lending experience is a must.An engaging and collaborative work style that supports our front-line people with more complex and administrative tasks.A solution-focused approach that can be effectively communicated.Ability to problem solve by considering risks and applying good judgment with outcomes beneficial to both the Bank and customers.What's in it for you?
