New Zealand owned and operated company based in Auckland who specializes in Personal Finance Nationwide.

We are looking for a 4 new x-factor, forward thinking & bubbly Lending Consultant to be part of our growing Lending Department, reporting to the Branch Manager.
ABOUT THE ROLE Receiving and processing loan applications from phone, email, online, broker and dealer enquiriesAnalyze loan details, think quickly, find solutions and make quick and effective approval decisionsCollating and preparing submissions with recommendations to management for over discretionary lending amountsProviding accurate information services to customersLoading and maintaining accurate client data and recordsLiaising with other financial institutionsSupporting other Lending Consultants and the department with other administrative tasks.Relationship building and networking with Customers, Brokers, Dealerships & the communityPromoting services and products WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR To be successful in this role we are looking for the following key attributes: • Experience in consumer lending with a bubbly and positive attitude.
• Sales Focus & strong analytical skills • Ability to provide consistent service and take responsibilities for your actions.
• A self-motivated/self-managed superstar with excellent customer service skills • Someone who is target driven and can identify opportunities • A self-starter who will own the role with very little supervision • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask • Logical Thinker with Business Acumen who can also think outside the box.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent computer skills with Fin Power or Fin Connect experience although not essential • A team player with excellent phone manner & problem solving skills • To have INITIATIVE and a CAN DO WILL DO ATTITUDE.
• To be able and willing to work in a team environment and pitch in where required.
A SENSE OF HUMOUR IS A MUST, as well as the ability to laugh at yourself.
Salary will be paid according to experience.
