You will have confidence in relationship management and the ability to work alongside other members of the team, external auditors, and regulators. A working knowledge of churches and charities is required.Key Responsibilities:Loan Origination and Underwriting:Interview prospective borrowers and collect necessary financial information.Conduct financial analysis of applicants' statements and projections.Write comprehensive credit memoranda outlining risks and recommendations.Communicate effectively with staff and clients.Manage loan processes and reporting using CRM, Excel, and Word.Knowledge of various sector entities, including schools, housing providers, and churches.Compliance and Process:Ensure adherence to AML/CFT regulations.Provide accurate drawdown and settlement instructions to the Client Services Team.Collaborate with other teams for smooth processes and communication.General Responsibilities:Align with Christian Savings' mission and growth objectives.Support the organization to grow and diversify its offerings.Build strong relationships with stakeholders including clients and colleagues.Qualifications and Experience:Background in accounting, finance, or banking.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer service focus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Independent and holistic thinking skills.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter to ****** our team at Christian Savings and contribute to our mission of building the Kingdom in Aotearoa.
