Legal Secretary | Property

The opportunity: Our client is a successful, well-established medium-sized firm based in Auckland CBD. They have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their cohesive team.
This role will see you providing secretarial support to the partner, solicitor, and legal executive of the Property team. Your duties will include - file management, dictation, drafting legal documents in relation to the sale and purchase of property, Landonline, billing and invoicing, and other ad-hoc administrative functions. This is a varied role, where you'll get the opportunity to work on some very interesting and complex property projects.
About you: Our client is looking for someone who has the confidence and initiative to work autonomously but also enjoys working in a team environment and is passionate about improving the overall efficiencies of the team.
Additionally, you will:
Be highly organised with great attention to detail Have 2+years of Legal Secretary / Legal Administration experience, ideally across property law Have strong Microsoft Office skills and be proficient with IT applications Enjoy being part of a team environment and have a friendly demeanour In return, you'll get the opportunity to work for a successful firm in the heart of the CBD!
