About Our Client Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm that specializes in property and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on agribusiness and rural matters. They provide expert legal services to a diverse range of clients, from high-profile individuals to key players in the rural sector. You'll be joining a dynamic and collaborative team of lawyers, including two to three successful authors, who are passionate about what they do. About the Role In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the firm's busy property and commercial team. You'll manage a variety of responsibilities. Your ability to provide high-level administrative support and handle legal processes efficiently will be key to your success. This role is more than just providing administrative support; you will be a key player helping authors in their processes. Key responsibilities include: Handling residential property transactions. Supporting agribusiness transactions and associated property work. Assisting with subdivision work, including documentation and legal processes. Providing high-level administrative support to senior lawyers. Working closely with a dynamic support team with opportunities for career progression. About You We are looking for a motivated and organized Legal Secretary with a passion for property and commercial law. You'll bring strong skills and a proactive attitude to the role, helping the team thrive in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this position, you'll need: Experience as a Legal Secretary or PA in property and commercial law for at least 1 year. Knowledge of agribusiness or rural law (preferred but not essential). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Great communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
