We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and talented Legal Secretary with experience within the conveyancing space.

Responsibilities: Provide administrative and secretarial support to the property legal team Manage and maintain client files, ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date and properly stored Prepare legal documents and correspondence related to property transactions, such as sale agreements, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents Liaise with various stakeholders Arrange appointments, meetings, and property searches Monitor the progress of conveyancing matters and keep clients informed Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal secretarial role is desired Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and accuracy How to Apply: If you are a dedicated and experienced secretary with a passion for property law, we would love to hear from you!
