The Lower Hutt branch is actively hiring for a new team member to add value to their client base and office culture.The company offers plenty of scope for career development, an inclusive team environment, full-time flexible working hours, and a varied workload that's guaranteed to keep you busy!In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with the following:Competitive annual salary packagePermanent employment job securityCollaborative team environmentPlenty of career developmentFull-time working hoursTeam social eventsThis Legal Secretary role looks after the conveyancing arm of the business and provides support to the Property team with an array of administrative and coordination tasks oriented towards the sale of property and the law surrounding it.Responsibilities:Provide administrative and secretarial support to the property legal teamManage and maintain client files, ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date and properly storedPrepare legal documents and correspondence related to property transactions, such as sale agreements, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentsLiaise with various stakeholdersArrange appointments, meetings, and property searchesMonitor the progress of conveyancing matters and keep clients informedHandle incoming phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and efficiencyKey Skills & Experience:Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal secretarial role is desiredExceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh attention to detail and accuracyHow to Apply:If you are a dedicated and experienced secretary with a passion for property law, we would love to hear from you!
