This Legal Secretary role looks after the conveyancing arm of the business and provides support to the Property team with an array of administrative and coordination tasks oriented towards the sale of property and the law surrounding it.
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the property legal team
Manage and maintain client files, ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date and properly stored
Prepare legal documents and correspondence related to property transactions, such as sale agreements, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents
Liaise with various stakeholders
Arrange appointments, meetings, and property searches
Monitor the progress of conveyancing matters and keep clients informed
Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
Key Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal secretarial role is desired
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and accuracy
