The Crown Solicitor conducts Crown prosecutions in the Eastern and Western Bay of Plenty including Tauranga, Whakatane, Opotiki and Waihi.Pollett Legal has an opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join our busy, supportive team, providing administrative assistance for our prosecutors.The team prides themselves on excellence in the conduct of Crown prosecutions and the provision of legal services to the New Zealand Police and other government departments and agencies.
