You will collaborate with the team to ensure the highest level of service is provided, sharing in clients' success.As a small, but growing firm, you will be involved in a variety of interesting work and have the opportunity to carve out your own career pathway and develop niche areas of practice. Each team member has an individual development plan to support their strengths and aspirations.Skills and experienceOur ideal candidate will have: 5+ years PQE in general legal practice – ideally with a property, relationship property, personal, commercial or agri-business bias. The ability to forge customer relationships as both a technical expert and a trusted friend. Exceptional communication and organisational skills to flex and adapt to changing client needs. Willingness to support and mentor others in the team.
