About the Opportunity
We are pleased to be working with this reputable firm in central Wellington on a Legal Secretary position that will sit within the Litigation team.
Our client demonstrates a hard-working environment and quality work balanced with a people and well-being focus. They are a social and collaborative group working within an open plan environment.
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary within New Zealand private practice law firms. Prior experience in the litigation and/or family space is favourable. In this role, the Legal Secretary will be responsible for file and diary management, drafting and typing legal documents, communicating with clients, scheduling appointments, keeping track of deadlines, invoicing, and general personal assistance to the authors.

Hold minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level or organisation and prioritisation
A team player who can connect with the team
Someone who is motivated, attentive, and pro-active
