Legal Secretary - Conveyancing

Our client, a well-established law firm in Bishop Auckland, is looking for a friendly, professional, and efficient individual to join their team.
Responsibilities include: Typing legal documents and correspondence
Speaking directly with clients, both face-to-face and over the phone
Organising diaries and managing appointments
Using the Land Registry Portal to assist with property transactions
Handling third-party communications
Working on a fully electronic case management system
Key skills: Audio typing skills
Prior experience in residential conveyancing is essential
Confident communicator
Able to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, and no need to save holiday for the Christmas office closure.
Working hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
