The Andersen Partnership is seeking a talented and experienced Legal Executive to join a dynamic and well-established legal team on the Auckland North Shore. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.Key Responsibilities: As a Legal Executive, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the team in the areas of property law, commercial law, and private client matters. Your duties will include:Managing and progressing files across property, commercial, and private client matters.Drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence.Providing high-quality administrative support, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.Communicating effectively with clients, internal teams, and other professionals.Assisting senior lawyers with more complex legal matters as required.Key Requirements:Minimum 5 years' experience as a Legal Executive, ideally with exposure to property, commercial, and private client work.Proven ability to run files independently, managing your caseload with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A proactive, positive approach to problem-solving and client service.Experience with legal research and drafting documentation.Benefits:Competitive salary package.Convenient North Shore location.Flexible and supportive work environment.Opportunity for long-term career progression.Join a friendly and collaborative team.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a thriving legal practice, where your expertise will be highly valued.
