We're seeking a Legal Executive with a strong background in conveyancing and a can-do attitude to join this team. What's On Offer: 1 day Work-from-Home after a period of training Flexible work hours – 30 to 40 hours per week (full-time or part-time) Competitive salary $70k - $85k, depending on experience Supportive and positive team culture Key Responsibilities: 80% of the role will be to manage conveyancing from end to end, including setting up LINZ dealings, preparing for settlement, certifying and signing documents, and handling client correspondence. Draft settlement statements and bills. Work closely with clients and ensure smooth property transactions, with an average property value of $2 million. Occasionally handle larger subdivisions. Handle estates, wills, and trust work (drafting). Assist with general typing tasks for two Partners, including conveyancing documents, wills, and EPOAs. Who You Are: A driven and positive individual with a can-do attitude. Comfortable working autonomously but also a team player. Able to take initiative and manage conveyancing files independently.
