This means the opportunities are endless for our people!The Team:Our Auckland Real Estate team led by Michelle Hill and Matthew Ockleston are experts in all aspects of Real Estate law. We act for a broad range of clients including global and local investors and developers, multi-national corporates, Government and businesses across many sectors. We work on their most important matters including acquisitions and disposals, leasing arrangements and major infrastructure projects.We work closely with colleagues across practices including Private Wealth and Banking and Finance.The Role:Undertake a range of conveyancing for primarily residential and commercial propertySettle property acquisition and disposal transactions for our Government clients including under the Public Works ActSupport our leading Private Wealth and Banking & Finance teams to implement restructuring and finance transactions for key clients.Provide clients with pragmatic advice to guide them in their property ventures and property aspects of wider asset structuring.There will be opportunities to be involved in our wider commercial property and leasing practice.What we're looking for:Experienced Registered Legal Executive and a minimum of two years' experience as a Legal Executive delivering great resultsStrong understanding of and experience in all aspects of conveyancingA bright personality with strong inter-personal skills who enjoys building relationships and establishing rapport with clientsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to work independently and take responsibility for managing filesHighly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent file management skills, ideally you will be familiar with iManage.In return, we will offer you the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and inclusive team that works in partnership with our clients, where you will get plenty of valuable experience.
