About the role In response to an internal promotion, this newly created role is based out of Centuria's Head Office in the Auckland CBD. Centuria seek a commercially savvy Legal Counsel to report to the General Counsel and Company Secretary and to also work closely alongside the business. This role will be the only other legal position at Centuria and is offered as a full-time.
What we're looking for · LLB qualified solicitor with between 5-8 years' PQE
· Sound corporate M&A and/or banking and financial services industry experience preferred
· Excellent interpretive and analytical skills
· Strong negotiating skills
· Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
