You will be able to manage complex legal issues and strike a balanced approach, with your practical advice to our CEOs & other leaders across the nationwide business. We are looking for a sole legal counsel to work 28 hours a week, based in our Parnell office with opportunities to work from home. You will provide counsel in the following areas: M&A property & lease contract management corporate governance. Our ideal person would have: At least 3 - 5 years' PQE in general corporate/commercial law & a proven track record of delivering high-quality & pragmatic legal advice Excel at explaining complex legal matters in a concise and understandable way, building strong relationships with colleagues at all levels Thrive in a collaborative environment that is scaling quickly Demonstrate continuous professional development, with up to date knowledge of a broad range of legislation, case law & best practice.
