This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage multiple support teams, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing best practices across the teams, facilitating continuous improvement of processes, and meeting client needs.
Experience in Professional Services or Legal industry is important.
Key Responsibilities Provide leadership to the team, maintain professional development, drive continuous improvement and raise the strategic capability of the team.
Ensure the provision of effective and high-quality support services.
Take responsibility for the efficient running of the team.
Responsible for the training, performance management and personal development of all team members.
Proactively engage with and assist fee earners regarding work requirements.
Develop and implement best practice processes consistently across the support functions.
Key Attributes You Will Bring At least 5 years experience providing senior level administrative support in a professional services setting.
Experience as a team manager or similar role within an administrative support function.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of commercial acumen and analytical skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships both within and outside the firm.
