This role affords the successful candidate the opportunity to work beneath a range of partners specialising in:Resource Management;Public and regulatory;Public litigation.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, case law and industry trends;Draft relevant court documents for court and judicial review procedures.To be successful in this role you should have:Strong knowledge of court processes and laws;Strong academic transcript, although all applications will be assessed on merit;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality;Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail;Strong research skills with the ability to analyse complex legal information;1+ PQE; however, all applications will be assessed on merit.This role is open to candidates with backgrounds as judges' clerks, court experience, or in public regulatory teams.If you are looking to move to a firm that specializes in public, regulatory, and litigation work, then this role is for you.
