Legal Clerk/Executive

Employer: Lunn & Associates Limited Position Title: Legal Executive/Legal Secretary Reporting To: the directors/practice manager Location: Napier The Legal Executive/Legal Secretary position will provide support to the directors and the wider legal team.
You will be involved with a broad range of matters including: Residential conveyancing Financing arrangements Subdivisions Business sale/purchase Corporate restructures and maintenance Leases Council requirements General property matters including KiwiSaver Estate Administration You will work with existing clients to develop relationships and maintain a high level of client service, as well as work with new clients.

In addition to these core practice areas, Lunn & Associates also provides specialist advice in sports law and rural law.
