They are currently seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join their property team.
About the Opportunity
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Legal Assistant looking to advance in their career. In this position, you will play a key role within the property team, supporting a leading Partner and an experienced Solicitor. This collaborative firm provides its support staff with extensive exposure across diverse areas such as property law, agribusiness, and succession planning.
Key responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, scheduling client meetings, managing calendars and diaries, opening and closing client files, and handling general administration such as emails and phone inquiries. This role is ideal for a proactive, adaptable professional who is ready to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic team.
About You
* It is a requirement to have proven experience as a Legal Assistant, with a background in property law preferred.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, enabling effective interactions with colleagues and clients.
* Skilled at prioritizing tasks in a busy setting, with a high level of attention to detail.
