Legal Assistant - Family Law

Denham Bramwell is a mid-size law firm with offices in Manukau, Albany and Whangaparaoa.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join our family team based at our Manukau office.
This is a fulltime role.
We are keen to appoint this role with a candidate that is bright, enthusiastic and has a high level of attention to detail.
To be successful in this role you will: Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working predominantly in family law.Provide administrative and dictation support with a high level of technical ability and accuracy.Be familiar with Legal Aid and Ministry of Justice invoicingBe able to draft basic legal documents.Provide file management support including completing client AML requirements.Schedule meetings, diary management and liaise with clients.Consistently produce?a high standard of workHave extensive MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.Be well organised, systematic, efficient and can work electronically.Understand the importance of deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities.Be approachable, adaptive and pro-active.Bring initiative, clear communication, energy and commitment.Denham Bramwell promotes a supportive, collaborative and cohesive culture.
