Diary Management - managing schedules and coordinating client meetings Document management - drafting, formatting, and editing legal documents Billing - processing end-of-month billing and invoicing requirements Working closely with Authors on property matters such as - Landonline, drafting settlement statements, and updating Excel spreadsheets. Ad-hoc administration tasks to effectively support your Authors and wider team. About you: Our ideal client is proactive, meticulously organised, and a natural at enhancing team efficiencies. In addition to having a minimum of two years' experience as a Lega PA, Legal Secretary, or Legal Administrator within property law, you should exhibit:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ADLS web forms, and law-based systems Proven experience with the conveyancing process, including working with Landonline, drafting settlement statements, and liaising with clients and third-party communications.
