About the OpportunityOur client, a renowned property and resource management consultancy, plays a key role in the development of New Zealand's essential road, rail, and property projects.The legal team is looking for a Corporate Counsel to support the wider business by working alongside clients on specialised property transactions, conveyancing, acquisitions and disposals, advice under the Public Works Act 1981 (PWA), due diligence, and drafting and reviewing of documents.
