It will see you collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing a team of administrators and AML compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and support the legal administration team.
Coordinate legal documentation, contracts, and other records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to support legal operations.
Provide training and mentoring for new team members to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
About You:
Experience in a leadership/manager position within the legal industry.
NZ experience is required.
Great written and verbal communication.
Proficient in MS Office and legal CRM systems.
Strong understanding of legal documentation and compliance requirements.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
