You will:Teach second year courses as assigned by the Deputy Head of School and have an open, engaging and collaborative attitude that is flexible to changing requirements.Publish actively in your specialised field/s and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research.Seek external research funding, engage with business, the professions and the community, and contribute to School activities.Key skills and experience we are seeking:Qualifications: We are specifically looking for candidates with a PhD in Earth System Science or Built Science, and expertise in hydro-meteorological hazard prediction models.Research: Expertise in atmospheric processes that affect climate-related risks, and the use of artificial intelligence-based models for natural disaster risks mitigation.
