He Angitutanga: The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning Systems Lead to join Te Pokapu Aheinga (The Capability Hub) at Te Kaunihera o Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland Council).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: As part of a large organisation, you'll collaborate with other learning system administrators across the business, as well as work with suppliers and customers.
You'll support effective learning outcomes that meet organisational needs.
Specifically, you will: Provide specialist advice on the best use of the learning management system (LMS) and other technology to achieve business needs and desired learner outcomes.
Analyse and resolve complex queries regarding LMS functionality and configuration.
Train, coach, and mentor LMS administrators.
Contribute to the development of the capability system roadmap (talent, performance, skills, learning).
Contribute to the design and delivery of new systems and system improvements, including change management and stakeholder communications.
Identify and manage LMS issues and seize opportunities for improvements.
He Korero Mou | About You As an experienced Learning Systems Lead, you will bring a minimum of 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a relevant role.
Your strong communication and relationship-building skills enable you to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and foster a culture of inclusivity and engagement.
As a systems thinker, you can influence leadership and motivate others to achieve outcomes that seek to develop an inclusive culture of learning.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required, and experience with SuccessFactors and Workday is preferred.
You will also be comfortable using some te reo and tikanga Maori in everyday communications, reflecting the team's role in driving organisational-wide capability priorities and our organisation's dedication to honouring te Tiriti o Waitangi.
