Collaborate closely with our client stakeholders, lead our talented teams, and provide strategic consultancy to deliver world-class learning solutions. You will set the direction to ensure sustainable capability uplift in a large, long-term transformation programme, making a significant and positive impact for New Zealanders.In this role, you will:Develop and implement the learning strategy to achieve the transformation programme's objectivesDrive and lead a team of 10-20 learning specialists to deliver exceptional learning outcomesEnsure the team delivers within the agreed scope, budget, and timelines.About youYou're a tech-savvy innovator with experience in large, complex transformation programmes. A people and project leader who ideally comes from a learning or change management background with a passion for continuous improvement, leading and developing others.Your owner's mindset drives you to achieve outstanding results!What you will bring:Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, negotiation, decision-making, influencing, coaching, and teamworkProven ability to simultaneously manage, deliver, and support projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience leading an ERP or a system implementation projectStrong project management, organisational skills, and ability to develop structured and repeatable methods and frameworksExceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently communicate and advise on solutions based upon your understanding of the business problems and modern learning methodologiesCapacity to be an effective and positive change agent, continually evaluating and championing innovationA focus on delivering value and being accountable for thedelivery of Sysdoc solutionsExperience utilising agile and design thinking approaches will also be highly regardedA clear vision of future learning and capability development and the ability to lead the team in creating sustainable, future-state solutions.Our teamSysdoc people are recognised for their leadership through collaboration, teamwork, innovative thinking, energy, integrity, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
