Introduction: The LMS Specialist plays a key role in enhancing the learning experience for WFA staff by optimizing our Learning Management System.Description:About the RoleYou will collaborate with the Clinical Education team to design and test learning products, while also identifying and implementing system improvements. Your input will shape both current and future learning solutions to ensure they meet our staff's evolving needs.Key Responsibilities:Conduct current and future state analysis of LMS functionality with Senior Advisor and Clinical EducatorsRecommend updates to improve the LMS and support a blended learning approachEvaluate and redesign learning solutions to keep them current and effectiveCreate visual and interactive design assets for learning solutionsTest new learning products for consistency, functionality, and complianceSkills and Experiences:What we are looking forWe are looking for a candidate with experience in:Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience managing an LMSLevel 6 NZQA QualificationExpertise in learning and development with a focus on LMS best practicesStrong stakeholder management and attention to detailProficiency with Articulate 360 and other emerging technologiesExperience in visual or interaction designApplications close on 29 September 2024.If you require further information, please email ******.
