Working alongside our Envoyage and Flight Centre Brands, we have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our People & Culture team, the Heart of Connection & Culture at Flight Centre New Zealand.
About the role.
Mo te Turanga Working in partnership with key stakeholders across our Envoyage and Flight Centre Brands, this role is responsible for:
Scoping, designing & delivering training for new product, systems and processesIdentifying, implementing, and driving Flight Centre's learning strategyFacilitating virtual and classroom training for our Flight Centre brandEnsuring a strong onboarding process for new Independent Contractors for our Envoyage brandFacilitating training for Independent ContractorsFlexing into other Learning & Development activities as neededAbout you.

In addition to this, you will ideally have:
Experience in Flight Centre Systems (Leisure and/or Independent Contractors specifically)Proven ability to create accountabilityAbility to clearly articulate knowledgeProven ability to build strong business partnerships/relationshipsWe offer:
